The HOCKEY CANADA SAFETY PROGRAM (HCSP) has replaced the HOCKEY TRAINER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (HTCP) in Ontario.
For further information, contact your affiliated minor hockey association, Branch or organization.
Access to the HTO website will be shut down effective JUNE 10, 2026. Users will not be able to start an unfinished course lesson or take the final exam, but will still be able to utilize the site for the purposes of accessing their Certificate of Completion if needed, until it is deactivated.
